- Low Temperature Plasma research, application and diagnostics, using different methods, primarily high-resolution spectroscopy and mathematical modeling;
- Development of high frequency light source manufacturing technologies for various applications - atomic absorption spectrometers, refractometers, Zeeman spectrometers, quantum standards, etc.
- Detection techniques of mercury, heavy metals and other harmful elements in the environment;
- Methods for solving nonlinear incorrect inverse problems in spectroscopy
