KTU Post-Doc Dr. Martynas Maciulevičius at Laboratory of Biophotonics, Institute of Atomic Physics and Spectroscopy

Dr. Martynas Maciulevičius, who is a post-doc researcher at Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania) performed the internship from July 28th till August 11th 2024, in the Laboratory of Biophotonics, Institute of Atomic Physics and Spectroscopy, University of Latvia on the program of postdoctoral fellowship “The development of controlled cancer treatment modality based on Ca²⁺ delivery via ultrasound”.
During the internship M. Maciulevičius performed Raman spectral band imaging of tumour samples under the guidance of lead researcher of the project ‘Histological recognition and analysis of veterinary tumors surgical margins by using artificial intelligence and multimodal imaging’ Dr. Mindaugas Tamošiūnas.
