Dr. Maksym Pogorielov took part in the MSCA Staff Exchanges Feedback Day, organized by the European Research Executive Agency (REA). As the coordinator of the MSCA-SE project ARGO, Dr. Pogorielov actively engaged in roundtable discussions aimed at identifying challenges, developing practical solutions, and exploring new opportunities within the Staff Exchanges action.

The Institute of Atomic Physics and Spectroscopy currently manages several HE-MSCA-SE projects, serving as the coordinator for four (ARGO, ESCULAPE, Q-DYNAMO, SENS4CORN) of them. This extensive experience enables ASI to provide valuable and reliable feedback on the issues that arise during project implementation.

Additionally, Prof. Arūnas Ramanavičius, representing SensoGrafa (Lithuania), an SME partner in the ARGO project, contributed to the event by sharing insights from an industrial perspective. His participation highlighted the role of small and medium enterprises in the successful execution of MSCA-SE projects.
